    Chairman

    Gunter Pauli has made a difference as entrepreneur and investor. He coined the term zero emissions in 1988 and built the first factory in 1992. He has been key in the industrialization of green detergents, bioplastics, stone paper and mushroom farming. His books are translated in +60 languages. His concept of The Blue Economy was adopted by the United Nations in 2009. Today more than two dozen governments have a Minister for the Blue Economy. He is the owner of the experimental ship Porrima that holds the world record sailing with solar and which is now the model for the industrialization of zero emissions maritime transport

  • Farzam Kamalabadi

    Farzam Kamalabadi, Persian-American, is a world-renowned influential personality in high relations with national leaders of over 100 countries at the level of Presidents & Prime Ministers, Sultans & Kings, and/or Royal Families, including USA, China, all GCC, Africa, Europe, among others. In particular he is slated as “The Most Influential Foreign Figure in Modern China History” by Chinese state media, United Nations’ Pictorial magazine, Arabian Business Arabic weekly, and other media in the United States and Europe.     Holmes Stoner Jr is the Founder/Chairman of the Pacific Rim Chamber of Commerce and Business Council from 1989 to the present time (pacrimbc.com) (pacrimcc.org) His responsibilities are to oversee and establish best practices for small and micro businesses (over 400,000) worldwide. In 2002 he established the Green Alliance International to educate and reward small business to become better environmental citizens and do more for sustainability in the 21st Century. He is a strong advocate of Green Initiatives and Sustainability around the world.

  • Luiz F. Costa Macambira

    Luiz Fernando C. Macambira is a Brazilian-born entrepreneur, former commodity trader, investor, advisor, executive editor and publisher. He is the Publisher, CEO and Editor of the Monaco, Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg editions of the iconic FORBES magazine, part of Forbes Media, a global media company with tradition of authoritative business journalism, focusing on news and information about business, investing, technology, entrepreneurial capitalism, leadership and affluent lifestyles . He began his career in Miami, Florida as a commodity trader , later becoming one of the founders of a commodity trading firm, which achieved a dominant position in several coffee markets. In partnership with one of the world’s biggest green coffee exporters the company has been credited with having nearly cornered the coffee market in Russia in the nineties. He is a member of a number of Advisory Boards and he is fluent in English, French, Portuguese and Spanish and conversational level of Russian and Italian.

  • Walter Fonseca

    Based in Geneva and Monaco, Walter is co-founder of Phimpact Investments, a Social and Environmental Impact Investment group specialized in sustainable investments, technology for good fund raising and strategic acquisitions for selected projects and family groups. Walter has more than 30 years of experience in, private Equity , Venture Capital and Direct Investments. He led more than 60 successful acquisitions, 29 M&A deals, and more than 40 Venture Capital investments, leading personally more than 30 successful exits through strategic buyers. Prior to Phimpact, he developed his career at international organizations like Merrill Lynch, ABN AMRO and Citicorp, in New York, Buenos Aires, Sao Paulo, London and Geneva. He was part of the founding team of Citicorp Venture Capital (CVC) and Citicorp Capital Investors pioneers in the industry . He has participated in more than 39 fund raising process for different direct investment vehicles, VC`s , Private Equity and Real Estate Investment Funds. As General Partner , he was appointed as board member in more than 30 privately held and listed portfolio companies, including three where he acted as CEO. Mr Gurung has been associated with United Nation’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to be achieved by 2030 since its inception in 2015 at UN Headquarters, New York. He is also renowned Angel Investor in Sustainability & Eco-Projects, mainly in mega Hydropower projects in Asia along with diverse Real Estate Portfolio globally. He is the Principle Investor at Privé Cinema (Exclusive Private Cinema By-Invite Only) operating in conjunction with selected High End Luxury Hotels in major cities of the World. He recently owns the major stake in Brand New Premium Long-Haul airline, Himalaya Jet based in UK/ Europe. It is estimated to be 30% more Sustainable than traditional Hub & Spoke model airlines.

  • David Gibson-Moore

    Mr. Gibson-Moore has had a 30-year career in banking general management as well as corporate finance, investment banking and asset management. He has specialised in private equity and institutional asset management since 2000. From 2009 to 2014 he was Managing Director and Regional Representative of LGT Bank covering the MENA region. The LGT Group is privately owned by the Princely Family of Liechtenstein and focuses word-wide on institutional and family office asset management. Before joining LGT Group, he was Chief Executive Officer Middle East for the Robeco Group. He set up Robeco’s regional office in Bahrain with responsibility for their institutional asset management business in the MENA region. Clients included all the regional sovereign wealth funds, government institutions, banks and family offices. From scratch AUM of over $7bn were achieved. Mr. Gibson-Moore was a Member of the Middle East Advisory Board of the Robeco Group from 2008 - 2014. He was previously 15 years with Chase Manhattan Bank (subsequently JPMorgan Chase) where he was Chairman of the Boards of Chase Manhattan Bank in Switzerland, Luxembourg and Jersey and Swiss Country Manger. In addition, he was Head of the Europe, Middle East and Africa Division for 8 years and was subsequently responsible

  • Dr Raphael Nagel

    His tireless entrepreneurial spirit has led him to found and chair the Board of The Abrahamic Business Circle based in the United Arab of Emirates, an organization of high-profile individuals that shared the same vision in fostering economic diplomacy through business and trade. Recently, Dr. Nagel appointed as the Governor of Cevitas Dei, an Institute of History and Archaeology of Jerusalem promoting the Abraham Legacy, he has been one of the founders of this mission. Before devoting himself to business and entrepreneurship, Mr. Nagel’s academic background in Economics and Law has been forged in university centres in Germany, the United Kingdom and Spain. Amongst other relevant activities, he is an active member of the Scientific Committee of the Chair in Security at the Andorra’s Universitat Europea. Additionally, he is the co-founder of a Spanish investment bank specialized on cross-border transactions and debt restructuring. In 2016, he went above and beyond the call of duty to help others and he founded a Charity Trust in order to combat the social exclusion caused by over-indebtedness and give support to basic overall financial education and awareness.

    Paul joined Anthesis Group in January 2018 as Executive Board Director and Chief Sustainability Officer. Anthesis is the world’s largest independent global sustainability organisation and a B-Corporation with offices across 24 countries including: Middle East, UK, USA, Africa, Latin America and Asia. Paul previously worked at Sainsbury’s-Argos where he led Sustainability, Energy, Engineering, Environment and Property. His strategic and operational experience incorporate carbon reduction through engineering and energy solutions through to circular economy, waste & recycling, energy management, setting energy and carbon reduction targets, building resilience through sustainable supply chains. Paul was instrumental in delivering a significant number of the highest returning investments in Sainsbury’s 150-year-old history through key sustainability technology and led major alternative investment strategies through funding streams sitting outside of Sainsbury’s capital investment program. Paul is a Member of the’ Environmental and Sustainability Advisory Panel for The Household of TRH The Prince of Wales & The Duchess of Cornwall’, and a ‘Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts’.
